I will try to keep this brief however there were many aspects of this job and the way Dan carried out business that were very unprofessional. Admittedly he has done a great job of our fencing but I nearly injured myself on a piece of decking that has been laid and is unsupported and also no membrane was laid underneath the decking, which was quoted for and he had even said that he was going to use the best he had available to him. I am having to pull weeds out of the decking everyday now. I have messaged Dan to no avail and I am about to contact trading standards.

Up untill now i thought this customer was very happy with the job especially with the price nearly 30mtrs of closeboard and a 16ft x16ft area of decking and 10ft x 8ft area of decking bearing in mind the price for all this how on earth would could i be expected to supply a membraine and this customer is so unhappy is totaly oppersit to how she was when asking for me to do all the extras at no extra cost........ IM sorry your not happy .

A few years ago i worked for a well established fencing company for fourteen years whilst working for then i also won the award pride in the job , i then wanted to branch out on my own so i have started a small and freindly company by my self and i have a good portfolio of before and after jobs so customers see what they are getting before i start their job, i called my business affordable as i believe my prices are very affordable for the every day person, i also give 15 % discount to OAPs
