Work History
In all the time I have been doing this I have had less than 5% call back over trivial things that are quickly sorted out!. I mostly get recommendations, I can supply positive feed back from clients unrelated to "my builder" because, obviously, I get work through other channels.
Qualifications & Accreditations
I have 35 years hands on experience, I dont need a diploma, I've done all I can to keep my standards high and don't tolerate fools, i.e. "taxi driving roofers!". I am a roofer/slater/felter of 35 years experience. I either do all work myself or oversee work that is done by anyone else in my employ. I do this to make sure work is done to my standard because, ultimately, it is my responsability and reputation on the line.I am not a jack of all trades, although I do know a lot of professionals that I can call upon if required.
