Additional bedroom above garage with double roof windows, downstairs w/c & rear sunroom with roof windows. Can't fault the work - attention to detail and build quality best I've seen. Dave uses a his own team (very experienced and multiskilled) and uses local suppliers, so costs and materials are expertly controlled. Team are are always on site, working flat out from early morning to late afternoon. From first seeing plans and explaining plan of work and payment schedule, Dave has always explained exactly what was planned for the day and remaining week and pulled days back lost due to bad weather. Also constantly suggested alternatives which hadn't been considered from plans (big things that make a difference such as using additional steel beams instead of needing to double up brickwork in the garage and lose space!) down to smaller details like which way I would like internal doors opening. Already recommended to friends/family and neighbours and wouldn't hesitate in asking for further work when required.
