We are a medium sized building contractors company that can carry out any size residential projects, from simply fitting bathrooms and kitchens, to full renovation and conversion developments. Most of our work is renovations and conversions.

Work History
The company is 7 years old. It started out as a bathroom and kitchen fitting company, now our works range from residential apartment refits and refurbishment to entire house conversions and renovations. We are not necessarily the cheapest building contractors, but we are extremely efficient and professional, and unlike many other builders, we provide a personal bespoke service as well as an unquestionable after service. Our success has been proven by the fact we have never used any form advertisement or promotional material, and rely purely on word-of-mouth recommendations and referrals. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, high end standards, and a adornment desire for satisfaction. We have plenty of previous clients that will vouch for us.
Qualifications & Accreditations
Our electricians are qualified to fit and certify domestic electrics (NICEIC approved).
Our boiler and plumbing engineers are qualified as Gas Safe/Corgi and will certify and register all work with the relevant bodies.
We can apply for and manage Building Control requirements if necessary with the relevant councils.
We have a source of architects and designers we can consult or provide you with if necessary. As a building contractors, we have 2 core teams of 4-8 men that are skilled/qualified to carry out 95% of all types of work required, managed by 2 full time foremen that have been with us for many years. Any works outside our of remit we source and manage sub-contractors as part of the service.
