I have used John for several projects, including on my own home. This is the first since he joined Mybuilder.com. The project was the renovation and conversion of a three bedroom, victorian terraced house into a five bedroom property suitable for letting. Internally the work included converting one large room into two useable bedrooms, converting another room into a bathroom and separate utility area, converting a basement kitchen into a kitchen diner. this included tanking the relevant areas, providing necessary ventilation, moving pipework and electricity supplies, new doors/doorways/ceilings to current fire regulations and making good). Externally, cleaning roof surfaces, re-rendering walls where required and resetting chimney pots and associated flaunching/rendering, rebenching drains etc. On earlier projects has undertaken a wide(r) variety of tasks. The quality was always as asked for and he has always been flexible on projects where there are unknowns and come in on agreed budget. He is always cheerful and willing to discuss the project and ways forward. Always checks before works or amendments. I will continue to put business Johns way.

My wife and I set up our business in 1970 and have traded from Okehampton since that time, we have carried out many varying linds of work in a diverse range of properties including private homes,Schools,Hotels,Offices,Factories etc, in our earlier years we carried out many barn conversion jobs.
Our Masterbond member status with the FMB allows us to offer insurance backed gaurantees,and also provides our customers with the peace of mind that we are approved under the government Trustmark scheme.
