• Replace cast iron guttering around 3 bed semi (Roofing)

  Cant rate Charlie highly enough, a genuine tradesman who you know is not ripping you off. After getting Charlie to replace a dozen tiles on roof we got him to quote for new guttering around the house as the old cast iron gutters had seen better days. I got three quotes and Charlie was again the cheapest even to our delight he replaced all facias and softfits around house for less than what the other two companies had quoted for just the guttering. The new white pvc facias looks great and we are really satisfied with his work. Neighbours have even commented on how good it looks. Ive kept charlies number and card cause i know ill be phoning him again if i need my roof done. Job well done Charlie even the wife did not moan about anything and thats a good sign. Ha Ha
