When Simon came to do the estimate, we liked his attitude: he listened to what we wanted, discussed the options, and didn't try to push us in any particular direction. We decided that we would like to replace all the existing radiators at the same time, which meant nine new radiators in total. Simon gave us a very competitive price which we were happy to accept. He and Jack have just completed installing our new system. I am not particularly keen on having strangers in the house but I felt at ease with them. They were friendly and polite. They were careful to cover up my carpets before starting work and clean up before they finished each day. Simon made sure we were happy with the positioning of pipes, radiators and flues before he installed them. The pipework is neat and the new radiators look great. They removed all the rubbish created by the job. Simon tested the system fully and ran through the operating instructions with us before he left. I am delighted with the job and would recommend Coolheat to anyone.

Richard refurbished and re-organised my bathroom, including tiling and fitting a light/shaver unit and 2 radiators. I'm very pleased with the result and would be happy to recommend this company.

Had a full replacement of a bathroom including rip-out and retile of some chronically bad walls (straight lines? you're having a laugh!). Simon and his sub-contractors were very efficient and easy to work with, giving advice and helping us make decisions on what we needed to do (eg suggesting we use 4 spots instead of the originally specified 2 as they reckoned 2 wouldn't give enough light - and having checked what it looked like with 2 spots running they were right). It's now three weeks since it was done, we've been using the bathroom normally and have had no problems. This is a first-rate job and I heartily recommend them.

Simon finished today. He was professional, friendly, hardworking, tidy and skilled! So therefore we felt very positive about the experience of Simon fitting a new boiler in a new location, including changing some pipe work and fitting a new flue through a roof. He was well up on regulations and came in at a good price.

Simon and Rich were both very professional tradesmen who arrived on time, did a good job and left the house tidy. When gathering quotes, Rich was informative and helpful as I finalised what I wanted. Work (replacing old combi boiler and 11 rads) was completed to a good standard in the time quoted. The hot water has worked perfectly since although I have not used the heating much to confirm everything (but i don't believe expect any issues). I would use again and expect to contact them for the first annual service next year.

Excellent job and very reliable. Asked Simon to replace our Boiler and he came around and quoted for a number of other jobs too! We recommend these guys to anyone and will be asking them back again for any future work.
