Five star service from a five star company!!! Tom and his team were really quick to come and inspect what we needed doing and provided a quote really quickly, which was a very competitive price. They turned up when they said they would, even the bad weather didn't stop them, apart from the odd 5 minute shelter when the heavens opened. They completed the work ahead of time and to an exceptionally high standard; they showed the utmost respect to our property and our neighbours property and requirements as the wall had collapsed into their garden! They left the gardens spotless afterwards, and they made sure we were satisfied with the work and the clean up throughout. They were really patient when it came to payment from the insurance company also! Overall I would highly recommend Tom and the team to anyone; really professional, friendly and hassle free. We are going to be working with Grainger Park on more work we have to do based on how well they did this job for us! We look forward to working with you again soon Tom.

Excellent builder to work with from start to finish. Good communication throughout and dealt with any difficulties beyond their control and changes in requirements in an efficient manner. They were keen that we be happy with everything at the end and sorted out any issues/snags at the end of the job. Would thoroughly recommend them if you are considering using them and hope and trust your experience will be as positive as ours.

I must say I was dead impressed with Thomas at Grainger Developments. He gave me a very good quote, started immediately, trusted me for payment and sent 2 people who did the work to a very high standard and very efficiently. Recommend 100%. He was also able to provide a proper VAT invoice which many builders seem to struggle with. The job consisted of 2.4m blockwork walls enclosing a barn, dwarf brick walls, and a brick (very large) greenhouse base. - Jon Valentine

Really happy with our new back yard and extension. Tom and his team worked solidly and turned up reliably, keeping us in touch about what was happening.We trusted them to finish off the job when we went on holiday. The work was carried out at a very competitave price, and there were no surprises with the final bill, despite some unexpected work having to be done. We'd definitely use them again.

I would recomend Tom and Glenn to anyone, always there regardless of how bad the weather is ( and we had some real bad weather on this job) nothing is too much trouble, even if the building inspector is a total flapper. Two sound lads aswell, been a pleasure having them working for us.

Tom arrived promptly and completed our job which was making a hole through kitchen wall for tumble dryer vent quickly and professionally.He even fitted the kit that we were going to do but did it a lot quicker than we could have.Tom also offered to clean up after himself but we declined as it was just a bit dust ater all he had fitted the kit for us and we did not expect this.I would recommed Tom to anyone.
