Landsker Child Care have been clients of CMS Builders Ltd for about 8 years. During this time we have worked with them on a wide variety of projects including extensions, renovation projects and driveways.
Steve and his team have worked with us on 7 separate building projects. This has included restoration of 300 year old property, new builds, barn conversions and general maintenance. I have always found his work to be of an excellent standard, which is why we have continued to work with him. His team are very friendly and tidy on site. He has been flexible and constructive with advice and guidance as projects develop.

Kimpton, Durham & John Architects are long-standing clients of CMS Builders Ltd. Over the past 15 years we have worked with them on a variety of projects including new builds, extensions and renovation projects.
Stephen John has worked on a number of house renovation/refurbishment and new-build extension projects with us in the last 10 or more years. We have always been satisfied with the standard of Stephen John's workmanship and his quality of finish. The projects he has worked on have been completed satisfactorily and to agreed budgets. We have found him to be a conscientious and able builder.
