Steve and his team have worked with us on 7 separate building projects. This has included restoration of 300 year old property, new builds, barn conversions and general maintenance. I have always found his work to be of an excellent standard, which is why we have continued to work with him. His team are very friendly and tidy on site. Work History
Over the years CMS builders has completed a variety of projects including new builds, extensions, renovation projects, loft conversions, and driveways. Highlights include the new football stand at the Bride Meadow Stadium in Haverfordwest, and working as lead sub-contractors on the Sports Direct building, also in Haverfordwest. We have worked with Pembrokeshire County Council on converting homes to make them suitable for those with disabilities, and also carry out maintenance work - from simple repairs, to damp proofing, to fitting replacement windows and doors.
Qualifications & Accreditations
The workforce of CMS Builders has a wide range of skills including bricklaying, plastering, carpentry, painting, concreting and stone masonry. We are constantly looking to add to our skill set and regularly attend conferences and workshops to keep up-to-date with new methods and techniques. For example, as a result of a workshop attended last year, we now offer concrete imprinting.
