Chris arrived on time and carried out the service as requested. He also identified a couple of small issues and addressed them immediately. Friendly and polite throughout and also very tidy. Invoice and Service forms sent by email before leaving the property, very efficient. I recommend CLS Maintnenance and I have booked CLS for the next routine service.

Chris and his wife sort the problem for me and didn't collect penny from me. They were able to locate what is causing the leak . As a result we got to know that it was the handy polish guys who did some renovation work in my house previously that cut the pipe that should not have been cut. That caused the leak, and Chris help me call the guy with my consent and as l pleaded Chris to do for me, because he will be able to explain the problem better. Chris explained the problem to the polish guy and informed him what to do to fix the problem. Chris and his wife are amazing and friendly people. They even go out of their way to help me spray the brownish area on the wall caused by the leak. I am to recommend Chris to any body that would like to give his house job to do that he is an honest and reliable man.
