Remove door and frame, create larger doorway and form Disability Discrimination Act ramp and hand rail. Remove large section of wall and make good, brick up entrance and decorate to match existing. Form rebated timber end pannels leaving natural finish.
The work involved adapting the access into a teaching space for disabled and wheel chair users. The door opening was widened and a ramp was installed. There was some demolition of walls to open up a work shop and a door opening was blocked up. The work included altering the ceiling and some structural work. The work was completed to a good standard and the work area was maintained in a tidy condition. The scheme was completed to schedule and within the agreed cost. Mr Lewis is very polite, helpful and demonstrates a professional approach to work.
