    Remove and replace new floors, dig out 5ft of red ash and put in suspended flooring. Fit new kitchen, bathroom, decorate throughout, clear driveway and put down new slabs, install new heating system, new skirting boards and arctrave.

    Chris has been an absolute star. I purchased a bungalow which needed extensive work including Red Ash which Chris and his team tackled with no problem at all. I now have a wonderful new kitchen and bathroom new boiler skirting board in fact everything is now a complete transformation . Outside he has altered my drive which has made a great difference also. Chris is a very approachable person and I would definitely use him again and I would recommend him to anyone. I completely trusted Chris and nothing was too much trouble. He also advised me along the way being a single person. Should anyone wish to visit my property to see his work I would gladly show them around because his quality of work is a outstanding it was on time and on budget.

    We provided a 4m x 12.5m extension to the rear of the propery (bungalow), which included installing new kitchen, utility, bathroom, new 4th bedroom, tiling, painting & decorating, under floor heating, roofing, new boiler, move gas meter, doors, windows, 3.5m bifold doors and all final finishing.

    Chris has built an approx 4m x 14m extension to our bungalow that included: - all construction inc drainage, brickwork & roofing - new bathroom/wetroom/bedroom/utility - windows, doors & flooring throughout - underfloor heating throughout new extension and with what was the former kitchen - new boiler, electrics, heating, lighting & sun tunnels - relocating gas & water mains - 3.5 bi-fold door - fitting new kitchen - over 80 square metres tiling in kitchen & bathroom Chris managed every aspect of the build, and the transformation of our property is remarkable. It was important for us to have someone we could trust, that was flexible and felt would help guide us through the build. We changed requirements on several occasions, and Chris always accommodated them. When we were obtaining estimates on the build, Chris was the ONLY builder that was willing to give us a ball park figure and offer advice on his inspection visit - and we saw a LOT of builders. Chris delivered on budget, and as he has so many skills we used him for other work along the way which saved us a lot of money over using IKEA, B&Q, etc for installation costs. Quality of the work is great. Anything we weren’t happy with we were able to point out and he corrected without complaint. I'd have no problem recommending Chris as a builder, and would be happy for anyone considering his services to come and see what he has achieved.
