- Q
How do I remove skirting boards, when there are micro pipes running along the top of them?
We are putting in wooden floorboards, and want to take out the skirting and replace it with a more authentic style board. However there are micro pipes running along the top of some of the skirting. Also some of the radiators sit infront of the skirting. We are worried about damaging the pipework. Is there a correct way or order to solve this problem?
Eventually we would like to put nicer radiators in.....would it be best to do this before the flooring goes in?

The cause of the problem can be many of things streching from the age of the property to the under coat of the biulding and any damp issues in the property!
Any more info would help me tell you more. Thanks Chris

- Q
Have the roof refelted first or the walls re-rendered first? Advice pls.
Been getting quotes to have an outbuilding re-rendered which will involve being stripped and re-rendered. The flat roof will be refelted. Advice please - what order would you do the jobs in? Roof job first, walls job second or walls first then roof? Obviously don't want the walls messed up once done but was thinking of getting them done soon.
Cheers
Thanks everyone ROOF first it is then!
