I'm creative person who have lots of ideas how to improve value of the property, advices how to make house/flat looks modern, projects saving spaces, furniture made to order.

What I Do

Interior refurbishents (kitchens, bathrooms, house conversions into flats etc.. )exterior work and landscaping during spring and summer time. I work together with few other builders- depending on how big is the job.

Work History

April 2007- Refurbishing wooden floors (repairing, sanding and varnishing), painting and decorating.(Wansted)

May 2007- Bathroom refurbishment; tiling walls with mosaic, fitting new bath suites, painting and decorating etc.. (Surrey Quays)

June-July 2007- Flat refurbishment involving opening walls, partitioning, new ceilings with downlights, full bathroom and lounge refurbishments, decorating as the last stage. (Kilburn)

July 2007- Fitting wood floors (not laminate panels) in lounge and corridors. (Forrest Gate)

September 2007- Exterior jobs; repairing rotten window(sash) and door frames, stabilising walls prior to repairing and waterproofing, reinforcing concrete slab in front garden. (Forrest Gate)

October 2007- Flat refurbishment; involving full kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, preparing and re-docorating the rest of the flat. (Stratford)

Nov. 2007- Feb. 2008- Preparing and crafting furniture made to order. (Snaresbrook)

Feb.- March 2008- Refurbishing kitchen, full refurishment of two bathrooms and corridors, decorating and wooden floors fitting. (Bethnal Green)

April 2008- Full bathroom refurbishment and kitchen re-decoration. (Walthamstow)

Qualifications & Accreditations

I'm carpenter and I have been working in Construction Industry since June 2003.
I'm working mainly for private people on all sorts of interior refurbishments (carpentry, tiling, electric work, plumbing etc..) and landscaping during summer time.
Except references from the "MyBuilder" customers I can provide references from people I have recently worked for (not "MyBuilder" customers).
