Damp Survey in Ipswich (Damp Proofing)

Walls treated for dry rot, re-plastered and flooring treated against insect and fungal decay. Joists replaced and 6 metres of new flooring cut in.
Basement treated against dry rot,tanked with two slurry coats, then cavity drainage on walls. Walls,ceiling plasterboarded then re-plastered.
Basement studio affected by dry rot...Seen here is the dry rot fruiting body nearly growing outside of the airbrick.
Dry rot had affected ground floor bedroom and basement..Strucurally dangerous as the floor was ready to drop.
Ground floor bedroom after removing rotten flooring and joists, affected by dry rot.Full length joists bolted on.

I (Scott Cannon) have been working in Property Care and the Remedial Industry since 1997, most of my experience has been learnt/taught inhouse with a former company. Now trading as Cannon Preservation i continue with personal development and strive to provide a professional, well priced and quality service.
No job is to small when it comes to preserving your property and if there is a Damp,Dry Rot or Woodworm infestation i can help.
Cannon Preservation are based in Colchester and work mainly in Essex and Suffolk but also cover Norfolk,North/East London and Hertfordshire.
All Survey`s and Quotations are free within a 40 mile radius of Colchester, outside of this area will incur a small minimum charge.
