Work History
I set up Proscape Building Services Ltd in March 2011 after completing the design & build of a large extension to my own property, With over twenty four years’ experience in the construction and landscaping sectors, I consider myself to be genuinely multi-skilled in a number of areas. Although most of my feedback via ‘My Builder’ is as a result of fencing work, this represents only a small proportion of the work that I carry out with the majority of my work coming from repeat business or referrals. With an excellent all-round knowledge of building & landscaping, I am able to take on most domestic projects whether indoors or out. Qualifications & Accreditations
HNC in civil engineering
National Certificate in Horticulture (landscape studies)
City & Guilds ICA in bricklaying
City & Guilds ICA in carpentry
City & Guilds 2D & 3D AutoCAD
Practical skills available to the company include groundwork's including machine use, bricklaying, paths & patio's, most forms of hard and soft landscaping, all forms of site carpentry - new roofs (pitched & flat), 1st & 2nd fix, roof tiling, new fascia's, soffits, guttering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and more....
A small pool of tried and trusted tradesman work closely with the company when the need arises, covering areas such as heating and plumbing, electrics, plastering, and roofing.
