Work History
The Partners of Camlan have experience in all aspects of Construction including new housing for the private sector, local authority housing and houses for private developers, all of which include the drainage, foundations and hard & soft landscping to the plots in addition to the roads and sewer infrastrucutre. In addition, we have also worked in commercial construction sites building factory units, offices, schools and extensions to same. Similarly, these works include drainage, concrete, fitting-out and the external hard/soft landscaping. We also have extensive experinence in the water indusrty working direct for Scottish Water providing general construction works and specific monitoring installations. Essentially we have all-round experience and with the added benefit that one partner has came from an engineering then (senior) management background whilst the other has worked at trades level developing the necessary skills to excecute the works to foreman level whilst educating and developing trainees.
Qualifications & Accreditations
We both hold relevant CSCS cards (senior management & supervisior/skilled worker levels) and have various qualifications inluding honours degree (Const. Eng. & Management), SVQ level 3, Safety certificates and 'Streetworks' certificate to name but a few. Our core skills include the abilty to understand our clients needs and help them develop the end product they really want at a price they can afford. We are also able to visualise the finished article in the current situation through our experience with a variety of products and materials.
