    Bayode did a good job with the refurbishment and restoration of the bedroom ceiling. He was very efficient, professional, tidy, polite and completed the job on schedule. I would defintitely recommend him and use his services again in the future. D Chandler

    Laying lino floor in bathroom

    Bayode completed the job very well and the floor looks very good. He was very unlucky in that a small accident resulted in a broken window but having said that he was immediately willing to pay for the repair and carried it out professionally and we were not overly bothered as it was just one of those things. In his enthusiasm Bayode is prone to say that a job will take considerably less time than it does. He is very polite and considerate.

    Gutter repair / clean

    Did a small guttering repair which was leaking in places. Bayode turned up as promised and did what he was asked to do. He tested the gutters, but as it has not been raining while I have been at home, I have not had a chance to check if all is ok, but it certainly looks ok.

    Renovation and Redecoration of 2 bed flat
    O NOT HIRE THE BUILDER: LEGAL ACTION BEING TAKEN . I have paid at least 5 times the amount quoted on this job and haven't added any other jobs. It is over 6 weeks overdue and no job has been completed. The work that has been done is so bad that another builder has condemned it and said it is th worse work he has seen in 15 years. Bayode was also supposed to provide supplies which he has failed to do. Also I have Bayode sub-contractors threaten me saying that Bayode has failed to pay them despite having a lot of money upfront. When I expressed my dis-satisfaction and tried to get it rectify by Bayode he failed to do so. I have now had to hire another builder at considerable cost and hire. I am now taking legal action as I have photographs of all work. I strongly suggest you don't hire this builder and make the same mistake as I did. .

    Answer from tradesperson:

    I still await summons from this lying customer to date. It is obviously foolish to claim paying 5 times the amount quoted for a job. Why would you continue to pay for a substandard job. Truth is that the 1. client did not provide, or provided wrong materials at relevant times as agreed. 2. She could not afford to pay balance on this job and the other huge costs we inccured on this jobw such as parking which was agreed to be refunded. She even lied to us that the council will not grant permit while we worked at the smelly flat whereas, she did not pay the token fee for this as we were evevtually advised by Camden council. You are welcome to view our high quality jobs we are known for and take references from our always satisfied customers.

    To fit 19 new chrome light switches

    Friendly, clean and tidy, did a great job. Very reasonable, would definitely use again.
