- terrible - this job was completed on 18/02 and by 26/02, 6 working days later we received two invoices demanding payment, one text and a letter from a debt collection agency. This was quite intimidating. We had no problems paying the bill although the work carried out was for rendering which was a little uneven in places and there was a little bit of beading missing at the bottom and the drive was left with a lot of mess. The quote was for £400 but when the invoice came it said £450 stating that the extra was for removal of downpipes and re-installing them, this we thought would be included in the price! since they have passed this to debt collection after only 6 working days we feel we cannot discuss the invoice with them as payment is demanded in 5 days and they are not responding to our calls!! how convenient. I would NOT recommend this company.

- builder46's reply: Job stated the area as 4.5m x 4.5m. The actual area was 5.5m x 5.5m + gable that was not mentioned in the description + we had to take down several downpipes to render the small side reveal that was also not mentioned. I received a text saying he would pay us on the 15 feb but had no contact since. Customer painted Rendering 2 days after it was done.

Well where do I start. the family business has been running for over 40 years. We have covered so many projects as we travel all over the uk last year we built a extension in kent and the customer was so happy with the craftsmanship He gave us £100 tip to have a meal! we have recently done lots of roofing jobs and rendering ,three bungaloe foundations at hilton derby also been working on council houses doing all sorts of tasks.
