We are absolutely delighted with our new dream kitchen. Sebastian and his team of workers created a beautiful new kitchen for us. Throughout the project, quality of work and attention to detail was a key priority for them. We were so pleased with the work, we extended the project to include a new downstairs hall and an upstairs landing. Sebastian's team particularly Kamil are highly skilled and incredibly hard working. I recommend them 100%. Sebastian is great at giving the right professional advice to ensure you get a high quality end result. Our thanks to Sebastian and his team.

Seb's guys stripped out our old kitchen, re-wired, re-plumbed and installed electric underfloor heating before tiling the floor and installing the new kitchen. They also re-decorated our living & dining rooms, making good all the plastering and painting. The finish is so good that I can't bear to bang nails into it. Another team of Seb's guys laid a solid oak parquet floor in the living and dining rooms, and an oak engineered floor on our stairs, hall and landing. The quality of the finish for all of this work is exceptional. It was all done extremely quickly, with good humour and a very high level of attention to detail. I can't recommend these builders highly enough.

Builddesign1 (Seb Konrad) Fitted in my French window, after cutting through the existing window brickwork. He and his helper were very clean workers and paid attention to detail. Keenly priced and excellent results! Would recommend

Sebastian and his team were very professional from the outset, and made us feel reassured about our project. The work they completed included roofing, building work to the extension, full rewire, plumbing, plastering, wood flooring and fitting bathrooms and kitchen. Sebastian and Darek built up good up good relations with Reading building control, ensuring our project ran smoothly. All of the guys in the team are friendly and easy to work with; we had a few laughs along the way. Special thanks to Darek for his superb tiling skills and Sebastian for his careful management of our mildly crazy neighbour! If I was to complete a similar project I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call. Thanks guys.

Sebastian and his team completely renovated my bathroom, installing a new suite, spotlights, flooring, repainting, tiling and fan. They were extremely professional, polite and tidy, and the job has been completed quickly, and to a very high standard. They were also able to offer me advice on what to buy as this is the first time I had don't this! They also completed the job with a cheaper quote than any of the other tradesmen I met. Very happy indeed and would certainly recommend!

Sebastian and his team did a great job on my bathroom. Everything was completed on time and on budget. They even fixed a broken panel in the kitchen which wasn't part of the job and didn't charge me anything extra. Would definitely recommend.

Renovating a property can be a daunting and stressful task so it’s important to have reliable and experience builders on your job. On my last development I met with many potential builders but one team stood out from the rest and that was BuilDesign1. From the moment they came to my property they made me feel at ease and were very professional and helpful in answering any questions I had. They proactively invited me on to another job so I could see firsthand the kind of work that they do. They also provided me with references from previous jobs which all checked out well. Sebastian and his team were professional, hardworking and very tidy (even my neighbours commented on their tidiness). I felt very comfortable around his team and they were always willing to go over an above the call of duty. I was working with a very tight budget and through their contacts they helped me save money on tiles and the kitchen, which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend them for any job big or small and happy to give a verbal reference on their behalf.
