Over the moon with my new bathroom. Chris was excellent he came and give us a quote for the job made some recommendations but did not false us to go with them. Chris arrived on time and nothing was to much trouble for him. He done a few bits that he did not quote us for . He kept us informed every step of the way. His work was done to a very high standard . Always left the room clean and tidy every evening when he went home.

Home artisans recently refurbished my bathroom removing all the old fittings and installing a new shower, cubicle, WC with concealed cistern. Both Chris and Tom gave us a most professional job not only completing to a high standard but also providing advice on which fittings to buy with no financial gain to themselves. Chris was also only too happy to pick up other small jobs that cropped up unexpectedly. Home Artisans proved trust worthy espescially as the project came in on budget. I would recommend them if you are considering any refurbushments to your home. They will not disappoint.

Over a 2 year period, Chris James has undertaken the following work for us: Garage conversion installation and connection of consumer units power and lighting circuits, laying solid oak flooring, Load bearing wall removal and beam installation building 4m x 4.5m extension foundations, wall, semi pitched roof construction and roof tiling plumbing Dry lining plastering installation of hew cloak room suite replacement of radiators throughout house Additionally, he worked on another property of ours where hid delivered the following: Installation of replacement gas boiler,flooring, electrics, plumbing, plastering installation of kitchen units- installation of bathroom suite, wall tiling. Chris is a uniquely qualified individual; a former civil engineer, he spent several years working in France, where he converted barns and houses into holiday and second homes. A professional and diplomatic man, we were very fortunate to find him and I have learned an enormous amount from him. I can thoroughly recommend the quality of his work and his patient attention to detail. The work was delivered to a high standard and to budget. A first class project manager and planner.

Chris undertook to refurbish the kitchen - knocking down the wall between the existing kitchen and the dining room and fitting out the space. Additional works involved the demolishment of the garage and the replacement of part of the roof of the dining room which was found to have rotting timbers. Chris kept me informed as to costings and , although the works exceeded the budget set, it was always with my approval and understanding. His workmen were unfailingly polite, trustworthy and pleasant to have in the house.I have no hesitation in recommending Chris for similar works in the future. The kitchen/dining room is a complete delight and has been much admired by friends and family
