Work History
A selection of our work history:
July 2010 – March 2011: New build in Camden - £350k JCT minor works contract
This new build in Camden was commissioned by Michael Auckett Architects and was entered in the Architect’s Review Awards 2011. (Please see attached PDF on our website) The Project was a timber framed, 3 storey private dwelling on pile foundations and reinforced concrete slabs and up-stands.
July 2009 – March 2010: Loft and Rear Extension, and internal refurbishment in Clapham - £185k JCT minor works contract
The project was phased in two stages whilst client obtained re-financing. Loft conversion was hip-to-gable in a conservation area. Extension included natural oak timber post and beams, and ground floor was a completely new concrete slab on traditional trench strip foundations.
May 2008 – October 2008: New Loft and internal refurbishment late Victorian house in Balham
£180K
Designed by Nurture design with input from Blankstone. New loft, pitch to flat roof with raising of ridge. Full interior refurbishment and remodeling to high spec including tanking to basement. New fixture and fittings throughout.
Sept 2007 – March 2008: New Loft extension and rear extension to Victorian semi detached terrace. 180k JCT minor works contract
Designed by Nurture Design Works included a complete demolition to rear portion of the property and a reinforced slab on concrete pads. Tanking to basement, new extension to existing loft space and new rendered exterior.
May 2007 – December 2007: New orangery and refurbishment of 1930’s detached house in Surrey 160K
Designed by Nurture and Blankstone collaboration, works included new interior re-modeling and exterior refurbishment of casement windows and landscaping to front and rear of property.

We offer a comprehensive interior design service and also can provide structural engineering specifications and out sourced architectural services.
We provide solutions for all mechanical or electrical installations including ventilation systems.
We are particularly skilled in carpentry and joinery installations with experienced tradesmen of over 25 years.
We also provide wet trades for all internal and external works including landscaping, patios and driveways.
