I have been in the building trade for 15 years and in this time I have acquired an excellent customer/employer relationship and my clientele has expanded over these years. I have produced some very satisfactory work which has led to my recommendation to other clients. I have undertaken jobs on all levels, from small refurbishments and conservatories, to large extensions and new builds. I have extensive knowledge of ground work and structural work, garden landscaping and all general building.
I consider myself to be a hard working and self motivated individual with the ability to work on my own initiative or equally as part of a team. I am a conscientious worker and an excellent time keeper, who enjoys undertaking new challenges. I thrive to maintain a high quality of work in any job I carry out. I have excellent people and communication skills and I am competent of meeting any given targets or deadlines.

Self employed builder
As a self employed builder, my work is varied. I have completed such jobs as extensions, conservatories, refurbishments, patios, structural work, walling, general maintained and building. I work out prices and estimates for customers.

Conroy Brook developments
During my time at Conroy Brook, I undertook such jobs as walling, setting out, hard landscaping, working to plans and deadlines.

John Radcliffes and sons
During my time at John Radcliffes I undertook the same work as below. However, I carried out some refurbishment work during my time in this employment.
2001 – 2006
JTA Construction
During my employment at JTA Construction I worked on industrial sites and leisure sites. I undertook such jobs as walling, setting out buildings, lining and setting up steel columns, structural propping, concreting, ground works, hard landscaping, working to drawings and plans. During this time I also took on the role of charge hand.
