Gary and the team did an excellent job and whenever issues arose were quick to resolve them. Whenever I requested any help with the areas I was covering they were quick to lend a hand and offer advice. Would happily use the team again for any future projects.

We can’t recommend Gary highly enough! A couple of years ago, he transformed our old granny-style bungalow into our dream home. He managed the project, removing the roof, adding a second floor, and gutting the ground floor/adjusting the layout with impeccable craftsmanship. Every detail was carefully considered, from electrics to tiling to high-quality cladding. Gary kept everything on budget, and had clever ways of helping us to save money, for which we could spend elsewhere. He also had great advice for adjusting certain elements of the build which we decided to implement. Communication was great, and we loved Gary’s brother Jon who worked day and night on the project and was lovely to be around with a great sense of humour. Gary and his team were not just skilled, but genuinely lovely to work with. We’re blown away by the final result, and we’ll definitely be calling him for future projects. We were so fortunate that Gary found us through MyBuilder. Gary and the BuildIt team made the biggest, scariest project of our lives a thoroughly enjoyable and fun process. Considering the scale of the project (a back-to-brick renovation, full remodel and large 2-storey extension), the approach of the team put us at ease throughout, and here we are now sitting in the home we dreamt we could make. We always had a strict timeline, as we had moved out (into a caravan in the garden) to give the guys the full run of the place, and it worked out perfectly to get us back in for Xmas, which was fantastic, but living on site throughout something so extensive also allowed us to learn a huge amount, with Gary always more than happy to talk through every element when we needed to. Nothing was too much trouble, and every curveball we came across throughout was dealt with in a mutually agreeable manner, both on the build itself and the contract side, and the whole process was a pleasure to go through. With two young kids, having site work going on all around us was a concern from the outset, but we should never have worried. The team were really respectful of the family environment, polite, fun and friendly throughout, and we missed them not being here when the project was over! We will absolutely look to Gary and BuildIt again for any future projects, and we fully recommend that you do too! :)

Gary has been a great help. He came and viewed the site for a quote, got the job done quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to us or our neighbours. Building looks fantastic with good quality workmanship and materials.

Gary and his team are a very experienced builders. This was a technically complicated project. We wound't have completed the new build without Gary's experience and knowledge.Gary kept me always updated and would always stick to the timeline and costs. He is very flexible but at the same time would build it as per the plan specifications.Gary completed this project on time and on Budget even though the weather wasn't helping.I would highly recommend Gary and his team, and looking forward to working with them soon. Thank you so much to Gary and your whole team. We can't praise you enough. We had a superb experience throughout, from start to finish. A clear contract was drawn up at the start and work was completed ahead of schedule. Excellent communication throughout, always patiently answering our many questions and giving regular updates, quality of work is fantastic, everybody was absolutely professional, friendly and knowledgable in their trades and we felt very comfortable having them in our home. Our house was always left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Gary and his team will actually be missed at our home and we will gladly recommend Build It and use them again should we need to in the future. It was so good to be able to trust Gary and his team with our project and to have had such a positive experience throughout.

Very good. From start to finish Gary's communication was excellent. This was a substantial job which he completed to the agreed budget. He also recommended alternative solutions that improved the overall design and helped reduce costs. His team were friendly, tidy and worked to a high standard. We would not hesitate in using Gary in the future or recommending him and his team to others.

Gary and his team have been superb from day 1. Right from the planning stage , keeping us informed along the way of developments, to the build itself which was performed within his set timelines, and tackling any issues that arose which were hardly any. All his team arrived on site nice and early on a daily basis and were friendly, hardworking and most of all, excellent at what they did. We are so pleased with our loft conversion, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Buildit to anyone that need works doing. Cheers Gary!!
