Amazing feedback thank you for rewarding me for walking up all those flights of stairs, driving in hazardous conditions to get to the job in the snow and ice. This is the only negative feedback I have EVER received in all my trading years, all other customers would discuss any issues which I would happily resolve immediately. However you never mentioned anything of the above in conversations we had. There was no visible easy way of doing the tap - all pipes were In the wall. I had to cover my back. This was followed by the customer asking can I do other bits as they were finding it hard to organise everything and get other trades to do those jobs. I gave the customer a price based on their verbal information and then in theory saved them a lot of money. A big contradiction in terms of finishing. The customer had waited a long time for the work and hence I did it fast without taking breaks. I should have realised when asked this was a problem customer - why the kitchen cupboard door split - I point out all of your existing doors have split! I was then asked about water on the floor, after investigating, the radiator TRV valve is leaking, this was NOT part of the job, I diagnosed and fixed at no charge. The worktop had not been stored correctly by the customer, it had bowed badly which made cutting with a Mafel plunge cutter difficult, especially in a top floor flat. I asked and answered questions which I obviously thought were acceptable, tradesmen should beware.
