John Allen was truly excellent. Clear and responsive communications. Quick availability at my convenience. Arrived bang on time and did a very professional job. I am asking him to do another job for me now.

I originally was looking for a plumber for this job, but John from Aztec Bathrooms was the only tradesman to respond to my request. He has been courteous and professional in the booking of the job and ordering of materials, and he is due to complete in early March due to other work commitments. I am very happy so far with my dealings with Aztec Bathrooms, and anticipate a positive completion of this job.

John is a very efficient tradesperson. They responded promptly and work was done quickly and thoroughly - leaving the work area clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend John to others.

John responded promptly and called to assess the work within an hour. He researched and ordered a replacement for me and came to install it within 2 days of it arriving. John was knowledgeable and confident and completed the work to a very high standard. He was respectful of my home and cleared everything away leaving my bathroom clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending him highly as a very pleasant, helpful and professional person.

John has done an excellent job on the alterations to my small bathroom, suggesting a better solution to the problem, rather than replacing the very expensive bath. This involved altering the window to create a firm anchor for the shower panel, retiring the whole back wall, installing the shower, and sourcing a new bath panel for the Carronite bath. Installing new taps on the double-ended bath was difficult, and John eventually had to make a hole in the (newly decorated!) bedroom wall next door to do this - however all was made good again without fuss. Communication excellent throughout the work, and John made a huge effort to fit me in to accommodate my moving date.

Very professional, friendly and helpful. Work is completed to exceptional standard. Everything left clean and tidy. 5 star 🌟 Highly recommended.

John installed our new shower and taps, John was very professional and works to a high standard, very happy with end result! Would definitely recommend John.
