Ivan did a great job on our floor. Turned up when he said, was happy to lay the tiles in different patterns while I dithered making my mind up, was friendly and polite and left everything neat. As he warned me, my nice black amtico tiles show up the dirt nicely but everyone comments on how nice my floor is.

I gave Ivan this job because right from the start Ivan gave a clear breakdown on his quote including materials and labour costs. Ivan called me promptly and gave lots of information and I could tell he was very knowledgeable on the kind of work I needed doing.
Ivan came on time and stayed late to complete the job to a high standard.
Ivan also gave me and my tenant lots of advice on after-care on the flooring.
My tenant was happy to leave Ivan in the house alone while she popped out.
True to his word and easy to talk to.
I would not hesitate to recommend Ivan, and if I need this kind of work done in the future I sure Ivan would be the man for the job!Thank you Ivan

We had a down stairs wet room made and the quality was spot on and completed with in the time frame and close to budget. Ivan Ward was accurate on materials required and had a great deal of knowledge as he explained stage by stage of the work progress. I was very happy indeed.
