AVOID THIS BUILDER. unless you want brickword doing, they can do that, but if you want level floors (70mm out of level), level or straight walls, plumbing connected to the supply, waste pipes conected to out side if put in at all, or completed insulation then find someone else. he took us for idiots even though he knew im in the building trade to, had to tell them several times that they had done things wrong or not at all of with the wrong materials. they only half insulated the floor and when i told them that they hadn't replaced some insulation i had earlier put in they just poked a small piece in so it looked like they did it. they put no waste in the bath room and poked a pipe through the wall for the shower supply but didnt connect it. just AVOID for your own good would be my advice.

Damon and team took out a window frame and narrowed the gap ready for some bi folding doors to be fitted. Already it looks like the bricks have been there for years, they've blended in with the house just great. I got along with Damon brilliantly, he's reliable, honest and hard working. He suggested loads of different options to us. We're having back to do other work, I wouldn't have him back if I didn't think he was up to the job. What I liked was he didn't give me a quote until he viewed the job, it was a very reasonable quote as-well. I would definitely recommend him!

Damon and his team have done quite a bit of work for me over the past year and I've had no problems at all. They've always been here when agreed and they've always done a good job. I use them frequently and they're the only people I use now - I wouldn't have them back time and time again if I wasn't happy with their work. Coincidentally, I was going to call them today because I have another job lined up for them. They've done various things for me - rebuilding walls, installed lintels and doorways, taken out fire places and done coving and skirting boards. I've recommended them in the past and I'll keep doing so.
