Do not give this conman any of your money, he has run off with our money! He is untrustworthy and the subcontractors he hires out to to do the work he can’t (which is basically everything) can’t even do the job right. Paid deposit in September 2021 and work started end of October 2021. Builders would only turn up if they felt like it, Anthony had no control over them he constantly would give you excuse after excuse and nothing was his fault (he was the victim) not the paying customer. By the end of February we had no one on site since 11/12/21 we gave him money for materials which failed to arrive as they where on order (lie) the work that was completed so far was that poor it had to be taken down and started from foundation again. Poor quality work, please do not give this man any money Anthony Lunt is a conman and lier and has took our money and is not giving us it back! He has done this to other customers not just us. He also goes by APL property Services, M&A property specialist. Do not use or you will be out of pocket. We just want our money back! He shouldn’t be allowed to advertise his poor work till sorting out his previous customers first!

We needed a chimney breast which separated our small kItchen and dinning room reducing back in the hope to have a bigger kitchen, APL Property Services made contact, we arranged for Anthony to come out and have a look at the job, which would also include, a new ceiling, re plastering, and bricking up our old back doorway, as french doors were fitted elsewhere in the room, I also had been researching kitchen units/worktops etc, so were pleased when Anthony told us he could design, supply and fit our kitchen also, even my appliances, he supplied brochures for me to go through, and arranged a structual engineer. And what a fabulous job Anthony and his team have done, we love it. We discussed our budget right at the start and Anthony kept us on budget, he kept us fully informed throughout our refurb, any minor issues Anthony found a solution, I have a fab feature bare brick fire place, a much bigger kitchen, and other kitchen companies couldn't matched the quality of the units Anthony has supplied and fitted. Anthony and his team are both professional and hardworking, turned up every day - on time, my husband and I were both out at work throughout the refurb of the kitchen so Anthony had keys, we never felt we had to be there, they just got on with the job and finished on time as promised. We would have no hesitation recommending Anthony of APL Property Services, he is a genuine concentious builder. Mr & Mrs Milne Seaforth

After many quotes we decided to go with Anthony because of his professionalism ,knowledge and understanding of what we wanted he also gave us a lot advice and alternatives to are plans. He turned up on the day he said he would and was there early every morning to start work, Anthony also overseen any outside contractors he hired which to be honest was only the steel fitter as he did everything else himself. We had a kitchen/diner knock through with steels erected, new ceilings,lights,plumbing,plastering,all new porcelain floor tiles throughout as well as a fully fitted kitchen with Quartz work tops. I must say Anthony's attention to detail and workmanship is 1st class, he is very trustworthy and was left with the keys so he could get on with the job.I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone that wants a perfect job done.

We are very pleased with the work that Anthony carried out on our kitchen. We knew nothing about him beforehand other than the feedback that was on this website. He put a lot of work in at the planning stage which helped the project run smoothly and was evident in the finished product. The works he carried out himself are to a very high standard with excellent attention to detail and he also managed any third parties and suppliers effectively and efficiently. Proposed solutions were quickly recommended for any small issues that did arise making the whole experience painless from our pespective. Works included initial planning and preparation, plastering, electrics, plumbing, carpentry, supplying and fitting kitchen units and flooring. Always polite, helpful and trustworthy throughout, we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for similar works. We will certainly use him again in the future.

Anthony and his team worked well with no supervision in my empty flat - great result giving me exactly what I wanted - trustworthy and amenable - I would highly recommend.

Anthony has recently installed a new kitchen in my house, which is absolutely amazing! His workmanship is of the finest quality and was complete to an excellent standard! He is extremely reliable and trustworthy! I work full time so had reservations about leaving a builder in my house whilst I was not there, butI trusted Anthony 100%! I did debate moving but now the new kitchen has been installed i feel like Im living in a showhouse! I would highly recommend Anthony ! Anthony did a very good job fitting our kitchen. He came up with good suggestions and always went through the work to be carried out at each stage. He works hard, takes pride in his work and carries it out to a high standard. The price was very reasonable and we are very pleased with the overall look and workmanship that Anthony provided. Anthony is a perfectionist and has done a lovely remodel on our kitchen. I hired him through my builder and relied solely on the feedback. Anthony supplied the kitchen which is better quality than Howdens, B&Q etc but more competitive in price. We had a wall removed, steel fitted,and a new wall rebuilt in a different place. New walls,ceilings, lights, kitchen and all appliances were done all to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Anthony and I fact have already done so. Anthony was trustworthy and we just left him with a key to get on with the job. He made sure he was always present when any other trades went into our home. He clearly is good at his job and take pride in his work.

Very reasonably priced. This was a massive job, but Apl did great work and finished it nicely. Excellent joinery skills, and creative kitchen ideas. We are very happy with the finished job, and would hire again.
