We hired APL Property services to reconfigure, design and fit a new kitchen. We had a separate dining room and kitchen and wanted to knock down the separating wall to create a larger kitchen/diner. APL Property Services carried out all the work to a very high standard. Anthony and his team were very committed to the job and worked hard with skill and expertise from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and would highly recommend APL Property Services, we would definitely hire them again.

on this photo it shows a kitchen and diner which was knocked into 1 room, steel works were installed, fire out etc..
this is the white high gloss kitchen on completion, new ceiling, kitchen ring main inc a grid switch, island extractor , curved units etc...

this bathroom was a mess, all had to be taken back to the brick and before any works could be done, new ceiling also had to be fitted

we also project manage larger jobs such as refurbishments, extensions, new builds, conversions and we have a team of guys who complete all our building work to a high standard and we also complete all the internal works.

Qualifications & Accreditations
My main qualification is NVQ Level 3 in joinery. But i have grown up and always believed that the qualification means nothing, I have always believed that experience is the best form of qualification that any one can gain.
Any sub contractor or operative that completes work for APL will have experience in there trade, any operative completing gas work will always be GAS SAFE registered, and electricians will always be NICEIC registered.
BAD FEED BACK, we was asked to install 40 m of oak skirting which is nothing hard, the customer had all the walls re,plastered,they were done bad not even straight as when put straight edge over a 3 ft wall it bowed in middle by 35mm. Customer installed own pipes and cemented into wall and also cables in the wall were the skirting needed to be fixed, customer was aware that we had to use liquid nails rather than preferred method of screwing to wall. She was happy with the job when i left as she was behind me checking everything. Week later carpet fitters went in and when installing carpet they have banged hard against the skirting which caused 2 pieces @ 500mm to come of. Were she has said that half of the skirting has come of this is a lie as it was only to small peices of 500mm (50cm) We agreed to come back with no problem but the day that was booked in she text us saying dont bother. when she first made the complaint she was very abusive, the way she contacted me to tell me was very poor, there is a way of contacting us, speak to us like we speak to yous which is polite and not of bad language. This customer waisted my time as i changed a job schedule to re-attend on the friday after she made complaint, we also asked her to forward some pictures over of the loose skirting so we then know what we have to do when we get there. Another job was completed by another guy of here and they also made bad comments about his work also so i must say to all builders on here if you are to be asked to visit a job in westmoorland avenue, didsbury and customer name suezanne please save your self the hassle !!
I feel that i needed to get this feedback comment added to my profile as the comment she made was very biased as you will see from all our other feedbacks on here were we have completed much bigger and better jobs than the installation of skirting.
