The blending brickwork of the landing to the entrance needed replacing and all slabs of the footpath had to be lifted and re-laid - and we wanted to get everything done quickly. Andrew came round to have a look at the job, send a quote (which was far less than a previous builder had given us - and who had let us down) and had finished the work in time and on budget even quicker than anticipated. Execution was fantastic. And he is not only a nice guy but knows exactly what he is talking about. We were so delighted with the work that we asked for another job to be done. And that was finished in no time and to our fullest satisfaction again. We have stored his telephone number in case we need more work done in the future.

We had some wind damage to the edge ridge tile on our roof during the bad winds recently. Andrew gave me a good rough estimate online on how much the job would cost depending on if the tile was cracked or just needed re-cemented down and any other additional costs that may arise if more damage was found. We organised a time that was suitable for me, so he could come and see the job and give a more accurate quote from seeing the damage in person. We agreed a good price, such a good price that our neighbour with similar damage got their roof fixed by Andrew as well! Overall Andrew was very proffesional doing the job without any hassle and came across as quite a honest person. We were pleased with the service he gave us and recommended him to my in-laws to get their roof fixed by him as well.

repair and treat timber joist and damp proof external stone wall. also re windows and doors repalce internal doors and fit new kitchen. replace roof and re tile and rough-cst extenal wall. quality: all work done to a high standard budget : all work done within agreed budget strengh: able to take control of our project and bring it in on time nothing seemed to bother him . any questions we asked was given full explantaion .
