Loft conversions - we can offer a complete service from preparing drawing for planning permission application and building regulations through our sister
company A & K Architectural Services, to a finished room ready for decoration.
We can provide bespoke staircases to best utilise the space you have minimising the
impact on the excising rooms.
Extensions - we can provide the same complete service when building an extension.
We carry out electrical work through working in partnership with AK Electrical Services
We have built an excellent reputation throughout Cornwall for quality workmanship at affordable prices.
Qualifications & Accreditations
We are fully accredited with the Institute of Heating and Plumbing Engineers and NICEIC as an approved contractor for electrical installations including certification under part P of the building regulations. We have an excellent multi skilled team including carpenters, plumbers, gas engineers, electricians and wet trades persons.
