Andy and his team are brilliant, I can’t fault anything they have done. The workmanship is fantastic I would recommend them to anyone

We got a cracking good job from Andy and his team on our 1st floor extention in Longbenton. They were all reliable good tradesmen and nice lads to deal with. Andy also had good ideas while doing the work and any extras that we wanted were swiftly dealt with. We would gladly recommend Andy and his team to carry out any building project for clients and we also found Andy's estimates for our building project to be very competitive. We would certainly use him again for any future work on our property.

When Andy came out to price the job he was prompt and professional giving a number of ideas to improve on our original thoughts for the conversion. We had a lot of interest in the job not just of here but from elsewhere also. However we had a good feeling about Andy and we gave him the job. We never regretted that decision Andy and his small team were brilliant workmanship of the highest order always on hand to resolve any issues that may have arose. Andys employees were also of the same standard and worked extremely hard every day. We were absolutely delighted with the finished conversion over the years I've dealt with a number of builders Andy and his team to quote Tina Turner are "Simply the best" if you want a good job done with the minimum of fuss Andys your man, one thing you must have though is a plentiful supply of sugar for his tea. To sum up if Carlsberg did builders.................Andys you man.

Andy was selected to to do our garden wall and patio after he had done a great job doing our kitchen knock through and garden room.Andy is there all the time to bounce ideas off and he has lots of good ideas himself,it was Andy who suggested what type of stone we should use for the patio.Andy did a great job and I wouldn,t hesitate for one moment to recommend him to others as I already have.

Andy came to price job and after bouncing ideas off him the original plan was changed(for the better).We ended up making part of garage into utility room,knocking kitchen and dining room into one and converting conservatory into sunroom.Andy was always on site controlling operations and sorting any hitch that was encountered.Andy is very approachable,friendly and nothing seems to be too much bother.He was always there if questions or queries needed to be asked and when he wasn,t he was always at the end of a phone and always answered promptly.Andy has done a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend and use him again,in fact we are going to use him to build a garden retaining wall and patio.As a previous client has mentioned make sure you have plenty of teabags.

i have used Andy for other jobs around the house, and as ever, he did a fantastic job with laying the new laminate in the kitchen. Installation was to a very high standard,fast and clean, and to boot, Andy gladly hung a shelf we'd been having issues with for us without asking for further payment. I would happily use Andy for any building related work around the house again.

I have used Andy for previous jobs and am very happy again with the work he did in my yard. He and his team are reliable, clean, hard-working and efficient, and the fence they built and the work they did to restore the garage door are both very attractive. Couldn't be happier with Andy's work!

Couldn't be more positive about Andy from the moment he took the job to completion. He was clear and concise, he stayed in touch, he met the dates he quoted, he managed a clean and tidy site across all three days of building my wall, and the end result was perfect. We would recommend hiring Andy and his team anytime. He was in constant touch to check everything was ok and we were happy with what had been done that day. We were told what days each different tradesman was coming and what time, he would check with us that we were happy with their work. He gave lots of good advice and we have ended up with a Sunroom that we can live in all year round and a larger Bay window we can nearly have a party in. He even talked to the neighbours and told them what he would be doing and if it was going to be noisy or dusty. If he was not going to be there next day or was going to be late he would let us know day before. Everyday whoever had been working would leave the place as clean and tidy as possible. We could not be happier with the work Andy has done for us and will always ask him to do jobs for us in the future. All in all we would Highly Recommend him for any type of Building work. Just have plenty T Bags.

Andy and his team did a first rate job renovating our new house. He helped us transform what was a slightly shabby semi into a very comfortable home with a light and airy open plan kitchen dining area with a large bay onto the garden. It is perfect for our young family. In fact Andy started helping us (for free!) by taking a look at another house we were going to buy but, thanks to his advice, didn't as it was a bit of a stinker (damp, terrible roof and so on). We are so happy as we have ended up with a much nicer, better located house with a lovely little garden. We have found Andy to be honest and reliable -- he always turned up when he said he would, and often he'd ring the day before to remind us that he was coming. He managed the whole process for us and organised the other tradesmen (roofer, electrician, joiner plumber and plasterer), ensuring a schedule that caused very little disruption. When we changed our minds about some of the plans and he was able to carry out the extra work with little fuss and at very little extra cost. He was the best price we were quoted! Recommended.
