Everything that could have gone wrong - has gone wrong. He left every job unfinished and walked away with the money. The sinks both in bathroom and kitchen leaked from day one. He has placed a new fibre glass roof and has not issued the warranty agreed. The wooden floors upstairs were left with lose floorboards everywhere. The roof was left leaking after he said he replaced the slates and sorted leakage. The oak floors he placed downstairs are uneven. I have had no warranties for anything supplied or sourced by him. The oak doors he fitted upstairs are unfinished and have all come off the hinges since. There is just too much to mention. We have tried contacting both Alex and the central heating specialist Tom Marsh to give them the chance to fix everything they have outstanding but they are not answering our calls or responding to our requests for action. The bath screen has fallen off. We are compiling all the evidence and documentation to take appropriate action.

Exactly as they described themselves and more. Excellent from start to finish. Patient when talking through what we wanted and had examples of the work they have done on an iPad. Didn't get impatient, or patronising, when we changed our minds. Instead they offered us solutions and we worked together until we found exactly what we wanted. Turned up on time, polite, friendly and excellent work and quality on the alcove computer desk and shelves; exactly what we asked them for. Great attitude, no job too small and when they felt somebody else could do a specific job better they said so and recommended somebody else. Although, we ended up giving them loads of smaller jobs which have been hanging around for a while and eventually ran out of stuff to give them!! we'd highly recommend this trustworthy, competitively priced and great value for money company.

Alex is a really friendly and competent worker. I hired him to clean and repair my gutters and they are now in excellent working order. He was honest and did not try and charge me for unecessary work or parts. Highly recommended.
