I did some part time sales for Everest, I provided a quote which I waived all my commission for the customer to get the best Everest price possible once the quote was excepted the job was controlled by Everest, very soon after the quote was excepted I left my job with Everest Any issues should of been directed to Everest customer services i have done nearly 500 jobs with no issues and all positive feedback I can totally understand the customer being annoyed but it was out of my control, I had nothing to do with the survey or installation etc although i am disappointed with negative feedback he has been given i totally understand how the customer feels and i wish him and his family all the very best in their new home kind regards martin
