Jason was over to quote when he said he would be, and gave an honest appraisal of the works that I had posted and that had been suggested in a survey. Being advised of my limited budget, Jason told me that much of the work was not an urgent necessity. The few bits that did need doing he went on to complete without any problems and with little mess. Jason could have sucked his teeth and relied on the survey to back up a claim that lots of work was required. Instead he gave me good advice about what might be required re the rainwater fittings as time passed. Though the job ended up being very small (down pipe replacement), and Jason was only at the property for a few hours at most, I found him to be honest, approachable and reliable.

Did a good job. Clean and tidy in their work. However, has not, as yet, sent receipt and 8 year guarantee as promised. My cheque was cleared by my bank over 3 weeks ago!

He did a tidy job and a bit extra for the work on black mould and not rising damp as first thought. We were pleased with the work done.

Jason opened up a fireplace and built the surround. He was great at understanding what I was looking for - checking at each stage and discussing how to solve problems (rather than do something bonkers!) and I am really pleased with the job. His team were polite, friendly and hard working. The house was left tidy and all the rubble cleared. The price was fair (i.e. perhaps not rock bottom but good value for the quality of the finished job - which, after cheapo builders doing rubbish jobs, is more important to me) and he stuck to what he had quoted originally. I've asked him to quote for some further work which is pretty much the best recommendation any tradesman can get from a customer :-)

great guy, hardest worker you will ever find, does not stop till job is finished which is professional, i would def use him again. I have to say CUSTOMERS, its always best to have materials ready to have job done quicker and tools if u have them, if not be clear about what u do and don't have, it makes job easier for all parties involved.

After some delay the job was done as requested, old timber was taken away for disposal. New gates are of a superior quality.
