My boiler had stopped working properly and Tony was quick to respond and diagnose the problem without having to view the boiler first, which meant the job was completed quickly and efficiently. Tony is very polite and friendly and fully explained the problem and the costs involved. I am very happy with the work carried out and would definitely recommend Abbins Maintenance and will certanly use them in the future myself.

Tony and his partner fixed my central heating problems, serviced the boiler and identified and remedied a leak in the bath. They are very professional and paperwork was meticulously completed. All problems were identified immediately and explained in laymans terms. Very happy with the price. Both were very polite, friendly and trustworthy (I left them to it and went to work). They did over and above what I asked at no additional cost and the house was left tidy. Tony is very helpful and is trying to source a part for me to fix another problem. These guys know what they are doing and I highly recommend them!

Abbins Maintenance provided a great service. They responded quickly to the advert and were available next day to view the problem. Tony was quick and professional and took time to explain the problem and how it could be fixed. The parts needed arrived promptly and the job was completed within 48 hours. Tony and Mark arrived early on the day of the appointment to take a look at my boiler. They quickly diagnosed the problem to the faulty digistat in the hallway and got the heating back on to heat my cold house. Fast and friendly service!

It is my pleasure to leave positive feedback for Abbins Maintenance. Tony and his colleague Mark came out to line and wallpaper one feature wall, hang a large heavy mirror on to a plasterboard wall, hang three picture frames, fix a damaged door handle and tighten sink taps. They arrived on time and worked diligently and professionally whilst at my property allowing me to carry on with my tasks. Their work has not only met my expectations but surpassed them. The wallpaper was my main concern being quite heavily patterned however; the patterns have been matched to a tee with no visible seams between strips. The remaining work was also carried out faultlessly with care and concern especially with a large mirror going on to a plasterboard wall. Both Tony and Mark made absolutely sure that I was happy with the work before they cleared up all their tools and debris. Needless to say I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Abbins Maintenance and will in future be calling upon their services should the need arise. 5 Star rating for their work.

Highly recommend. Posted a job to service a boiler and macerator (some plumbers I contacted wouldn't do this as "it was too messy"). Tony turned up promptly and had both jobs done within half hour and at a reasonable price. Also checked my gas supply for no extra. Friendly and personal service. Would use again.

I recently contacted Tony through a friend with regards to my central heating not working; he came to look at the job within 24hours. I found him very polite, friendly and easy to approach. Tony looked at my boiler and explained the problem to me in detail, I then ask him for a quote which of which I was very happy with it, therefore asked him if he could proceeded as soon as possible. Tony and mark came the next day and fixed my boiler. I must commend them both on their professionalism and respect toward myself and non disruption to my house. I am extremely happy with the service Tony and Mark provided and would not hesitate to recommend them.. Job well done, thank you

I have no hesitation in giving a refererence for or recommending Antony Perkins to any householder. I recently contacted him with regards to purchasing and installing a new gas central heating bolier. I found him to be helpful and informative in making my selection and did not feel that he was leading me into making his preferred choice. Neitherdid Antony try to persuade me in purchasing unnecessary change to my radiators. On the day of installation he arrived on time with his colleague, Mark and during the whole process (which was 1 and a half days) was friendly and remained informative throughout. I must also coomend them on their professionalism and extreme care not to disrupt my daily routine. They were exceptionally tidy and I felt, respected my home. After completion, Tony gave me a full instruction on how the bolier works and left me feeling confident that I could oprate it. The new pipework is very neat and no rubbish was left. They even swept. Antony is someone who explains things fully and is willing to reiterate any point and I felt, wanted to ensure that his customer was happy with his work. He takes pride in doing his job well and ensuring that the customer has value for money. I am extremely happy with all aspects of my purchase and would not hesitate in recommending Antony and Mark. Nothing is too much trouble.
