Our 'standard service call' includes up to one hour labour. If it is immediately obvious that we cannot reasonably fix the problem in that time we will not make a charge and we will leave you with an estimate FREE OF CHARGE and without obligation.
For larger works I will be happy to provide you with a free no obligation estimate.
I am NAPIT and Trustmark Registered. Both are strict bodies, which carry out regular checks to ensure that works are carried out to a high standard.

I have been in various customer related roles and therefore have not only enjoyed providing quality work but providing a service which I believe has brought more work through recommendations.
I am engineer and decided to focus on property maintenance roles as I enjoy working a hands on roll whilst in direct contact with customers.

My Main role is electrical & Painting services. However I have a team of associates who carry out works for me to fulfill bigger Property Maintenance Works, such as plastering, carpentry, extensions, build brick walls.
I ensure that the works are carried out correctly and the workmanship and service is maintained at all times.
We work all the from Cambridge, Milton Keynes, all the way to central London. If the work is of more than a day I am able to accomodate at various UK locations without a problem and also ensuring our price is competitively maintained.
