10/10!! Jack recently installed a whole new bathroom for us. He swiftly answered the job and came out to see the work only a couple days later. We were very fortunate he had a week spare. Brilliant service. Quoted yesterday and job done today. Shower was fitted with minimal mess and covered up the original fitment space. Looks very smart with a couple of the old screw holes in the tiles filled, very difficult to tell that it is a replacement. Very happy.

We highly recommend Dave and Neil, they were excellent from start to finish in the complete refurb of our bathroom, and fittings appliances and moving fixtures in the kitchen. Dave was really responsive on the phone before and during work. He was helpful with choosing all the bathroom fittings from the panels to the heater. They helped us with finding people for gas and electrics. All round we were really satisfied and they did a beautiful job with the bathroom in a short amount of time which pleasantly surprised us, not to mention that they are just really nice, kind, friendly people. If we ever have work to do again, you are the people we will hire. Thanks guys!

I received an Invoice from 5 Star for gas and plumbing work carried out for me. On several occasions, I politely requested clarification of how they arrived at the Invoice total. This request was ignored. However, I was informed this matter would be handed over to Debt Collectors. Therefore, I had the work independently costed. Fortunately, I had access to legal advice regarding Trading Standards, Consumer Rights and relevant authorities. I then received a revised Invoice and the bill was settled. My advice, have everything in writing regarding labour rates and material mark-up cost for work not included in a quotation
