I have a Victorian Sklight approximately 3 meters by 1.5 meters (made of 4 glass panels) in my hallway which has a glazed structure above it.

One of the panels in that structure has some serious cracks. I need someone to remove this panel of glass and to discuss options about replacing (potentially with plastic) or securing all the panels.

i have a upvc window in the small front bedroom, i tried to shut it today and it wouldnt shut properly. my partner had a look and he says the metal mechanism on the side of the window is broken.
