I bought my house with the glazing already installed, (and with a FENSA certificate – pah!). Some of the windows have been, to say the least, problematic. One in particular has given me a bit of a headache. At the moment I have scaffolding up and have been able to see this one from close up and on the outside.

It appears to be defying gravity!

Would someone with more experience with these things that I, like to please come over and take a look at this window with a view to advising me on the best way to proceed … and then proceeding.
