my sons house has hardwood frames in place that are in good condition. However, many of the panes are misted in between the glass. Any chance you could pay us a visit to quote for replacing all panes and putting frames good afterwards if required.

Also do you carry out pointing at all if so a small area in the terraced house is suffering damp issues and we believe it could be the pointing on the corner of the house.

I have a front door fiitted that is old and not in good condition. I would like it replaced with a PVC double glazed door which I have purchased also need door hung for the alley way. This would include any making good required and a neat finish, if the old skirting boards didn't meet new door would like skirting boards replaced.I will supply both doors but need Lock for the front door and letter box. jobs needs to be done ASAP.

- Remove existing PVC window (1790 x 1530).

- Remove brickwork directly below existing window, and make good. Lintel above window is sound so there's nothing structural to worry about.

- Fit French Doors (1790mm wide Wickes uPVC, see link below). Reviews on the Wickes web site say this is an easy job.

The room will be being plastered afterwards so you needn't worry about making a mess of the interior walls, as long as a good job is made of fitting the doors.
