The front door also has been recommended by the surveyor to be replaced with a more secure and better fitting door. We would prefer a wooden door however a UPVC type with insulation sandwiched inside would be considered as long as it kept within the style that suits a London Victorian style house.

We will be looking for double glazed windows to be supplied and fitted from a FENSA certified installer. There is a window on the 2nd floor and a window on the 3rd floor. Both face outwards from the back of house and cannot be seen from the street. We are after the best value frame that suits the type of installation required.
