Stupidly I tried to re-position the rubber seal around the back door which the previous owners had pulled out, a small crack has now turned into a big one and I am hesitant shutting the back door with too much force now, little ones about too so this definately needs replacing. In addition, one of the kitchen windows has failed and has condensation inside, we have a kitchen fit coming up so this needs attention before tiling. This has also happened to a couple of others so future work required too if not now depending on price.

My windows are in perfect working order and im little sad to have to replace but unfrotunately the winter is coming in and i think i need double glazing really. Need a few ideas on what can be done and an idea on a quote, ideally if the quote is right i want doing asap.

We have 2 decent sized bay windows (upstairs and down) that need replacing with double glazed uPVC. The windows are currently split over 3 widths - 2 large front sections and a smaller one at about a 110 degree angle coming off the left hand side. Hi, I have a small terraced house in South Manchester and need some prices for supplying and fitting white upvc windows, there are only six windows, upstairs and downstairs, I don't need doors.

There are drafts coming in from the sides of windows and I can see gaps through to outside around some areas of the windows.

This is causing black mold and dampness on the the inner window sill's, so caulk on the inside will need replaced too.
