1. Replace existing ground floor window (approx 2370mm x 1180mm) with white double glazed unit - style to be agreed, but only for use in porch so simple is ok e.g single casement.

2. Replace existing rear door with new white double glazed unit - style to be agreed but needs to be half paned to enable cat flap to be fitted

3. Fit cat flap to new rear door

4. Remove existing window and door to scrap.

Work can commence immediately.
