Replacement timber window required for bathroom. Sash windows already throughout house so would prefer something that would not look out of place. A standard timber window with a sash appearing mould would be ideal.

A tradesman has damaged the glass on every window in the house with a sander so I now need the double glazed units replaced. The window frames are sound and recently sanded and re-stained so the units need to be removed with extreme care as the wood holding them in needs to be re-used.

I need the units to be reasonably priced as the tradesman didn't have adequate insurance and I'm happy to dispose of the old units.

Our cellar hatch (horizontal) is currently slightly raised from ground level, unsealed and leaky, and the brickwork is crumbling. We would like to:
- lower the window to approx 2 inches above to ground level
- repair the brickwork
- replace and seal the hatch cover

The hatch is approx 702x1400mm.

We would like the hatch cover to remain clear (e.g. strong plastic/acrylic or strong glass) and it would need to be framed and then sealed.

Ideally we would like the work to be done in May or June.
