I have one 9-10 metre high conifer in my garden that I would like removed. It is in the corner of my small garden with no other plants around it. It has had no work done to it since I moved into the property 6 years ago.

I am not / not in a conservation area and I have double checked with Wetminister City Council just in case - there are no preservation orders etc on the tree.

I've got a garden flat in Stroud Green which needs a general tidy up. The box hedge at the front is very over grown as is the ivy on the side garden wall (its coming over the wall from the neighbours).
