I have one 9-10 metre high conifer in my garden that I would like removed. It is in the corner of my small garden with no other plants around it. It has had no work done to it since I moved into the property 6 years ago.

I am not / not in a conservation area and I have double checked with Wetminister City Council just in case - there are no preservation orders etc on the tree.

I've got a garden flat in Stroud Green which needs a general tidy up. The box hedge at the front is very over grown as is the ivy on the side garden wall (its coming over the wall from the neighbours). I'd also like to prune back the fig tree which was last trimmed about 3 years ago and get the leaves in the garden tidied up.
