2 rooms require tiling. Old tiles will be removed before the jobs starts.

Room 1 - Kitchen - U shaped kitchen - tile area approx 3.5m x 0.5m (around cooking area, sink, and lower part of window).

Room 2 - Utility Room - small tiled area behind sink and worktop. approx 2m in length x 0.5m.

Walls *should* be in relatively good condition (house 10 years old- but we'll have to remove the old tiles first to confirm condition). We're looking for a quote for this work and for it to be started before Easter if possible.

I would like my mum's kitchen to be tiled.

The tiles are to be layed out in a brick style pattern starting at the worktop, extending up to approximately 45cm high and covering a windowsill. The total area is just over 2.5m squared.

The old tiles have been removed.

We have placed an order for the tiles & grout and have been advised that they are due to arrive on either this coming Wednesday or Thursday. Therefore I would ideally like for the tiles to be fitted on Thursday 21st Feb (delivery permitting), Friday 22nd or Sat 23rd. I can meet at the property at 8:15am on the Thursday or 7:50am on the Friday. Saturday will be possible but at some point in the day lino fitters will be calling to fit the floor (although I dont anticipate this taking in excess of 45 minutes)

Please can you include in your quotation how many hours you estimate the job to take as I will need to arrange the time off with work.

May I also point out that there is no running water at the property due to the renovations but we can supply water in bottles should this be required.

Hi,

I am looking for someone who would be able to help with tiling our Kitchen. The requirement is on 3 walls and just between the Worktops and Wall Units.

We already have the tiles and I have calculated the space will require 45 30"x30" Tiles. The tiles we have are of the Mosaic\Mesh style (http://www.toppstiles.co.uk/tprod42171/section1373/NSM-Polished-Trav-Marb-Mix-5-Mosaic.html). We also have the edging.

We had an estimate for this already, but unfortunately have been let down by the Tiler when it cam to actually doing the job. However, he did indicate it would be a days work max.

If providing a quote please do so including the work, adhesive and grout (white). Please also provide a time scalke for when the work could be done.

Ideally we would like this doing before Xmas (which obviously we thought was going to be done), but I appreciate that might be pushing it a bit at this late stage.
